GENERAL
• By commissioning from me, you agree that you have fully read and agree to my terms of service.
• I have the right to deny or cancel a commission, for any reason, at any point in time.
• I retain all the rights to my work, which include but is not limited to the right to distribute, reproduce, copy and/or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion.
• Please let me know if this is a private commission/gift, so all WIPs will be kept private and not posted in my social media.
• Commissions may not be used for commercial purposes unless agreed and paid for otherwise.
• Please be respectful of me and I will respect you. Life happens, health issues, and commitments may arise. I will notify you if delays may affect delivery time.
• I DO NOT authorize using any of my artwork or designs as NFT.
• I DO NOT authorize using any of my artwork or designs to feed any AI generator or use in an AI generator in any way. These include websites, and social network filters.PAYMENTS
All payments will be made through VGen. Buy Me A Coffee is used as an alternative for those who do not have access to VGen and as a tip jar.
All VGen commissions must be paid through VGen.WORK FLOW
• Initial Request: You send a request and I get back to you with proper quote.
• Payment
• Sketching Phase: I will work on sketches for you to review and give feedback. Several revisions can be made as needed until you’re happy.
• Line art & Flats Phase: Once the sketch is approved, the line art is made with base flat colours and presented for review. Limited changes may be made at this stage.
• Render Phase: Once this line art and flat colours are approved, I render the work to completion!
• Completion & Delivery: I will send you a Google Drive folder/file link to download. Please download as soon as possible. Files will only be kept on the Drive for 6 months maximum.
• Posting: I will share the work on social media. Kindly please credit me by tagging me or linking at least one of my social media accounts.HOW TO CREDIT

Any mistakes from my end will be fixed for free. As your happiness and satisfaction is my goal, sketch revisions during the initial process is limitless! Revision during the line art is limited to two or three, unless they were my mistake. If you wish to make changes to a part you had previously approved, an extra fee will be charged, depending on complexity. I am able to make minor adjustments to the design within 6 months after the commission is completed, or provide additional file types, but a small fee will be charged.REFUNDS
• For cancellation by the client, 80% refund is available if it is cancelled before the sketching phase.
• If the commission is in the sketching/mid phase, 50% refund is available.
• No refunds are available once the commission is at or beyond the line art stage.
• If for any reason I am unable to finish the commission, the refund will be based on the percentage of completion.COPYRIGHT & COMMERCIAL USE
• I maintain all the rights to my work, which include but are not limited to the right to distribute, reproduce, copy and/or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion.
• Do not claim my commissioned artwork as your own, remove my signature, or change the artwork without my consent.
• You must credit me - please refer to How to Credit section.
• You maintain the right to your own character, ideas and intellectual property.
• You have the rights to use the commission for self-promotion on social media, but I need to be mentioned/credited.
• Commissions may not be used for commercial purposes, reproduction or selling as merch, unless agreed and paid for otherwise. Commercial usage fee may be 2-3 times commission price (depending).
• Printing artwork for personal use is ok!Thank you very much for reading!
